The striking clean lines and consistent colour are what makes this project contemporary and stylish. Built for relaxation and entertaining; this elevated concrete pool is an integrated extension of the outdoor living area and fits comfortably into the surrounding landscape.

Building a raised pool always poses some engineering challenges. However combined with the sites highly reactive soil profile, engineers had to take into account the reactive clay’s propensity to swell and shrink according to moisture levels. The solution was to incorporate strip footings thereby founding the pool’s shallow and deep ends in the same soil profile.
